1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or booking any service from PSA Home Appliances ("the Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
PSA Home Appliances provides doorstep repair and maintenance services for home appliances including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and televisions. We are an independent service center and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer.
3. Service Booking
- Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or the online booking form on our website.
- Booking a service does not constitute a confirmed appointment until our team calls you to confirm date and time.
- We reserve the right to decline service for any model, brand, or issue we cannot safely service.
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
4. Diagnosis & Estimates
- A nominal diagnosis/inspection fee may apply for the technician visit.
- This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
- We will always provide a cost estimate before starting any repair work.
- Final charges may vary if additional faults are discovered during repair.
5. Repairs & Parts
- We use OEM or compatible spare parts for all repairs. Original branded parts are sourced on request, which may affect cost and turnaround time.
- We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage discovered during repair.
- All replaced parts become the property of PSA Home Appliances unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty Policy
- All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour from the date of repair.
- Warranty covers the same fault only â it does not cover new or unrelated faults.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by any third party after our repair.
- Warranty for gas refilling (AC or refrigerator) is subject to no external damage to pipes or components.
7. Limitations of Liability
PSA Home Appliances' maximum liability for any service is limited to the cost of that specific repair. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages including data loss, food spoilage, or loss of use of the appliance during repair periods.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and accessible workspace for the technician.
- Provide accurate information about the appliance model, issue, and any previous repairs.
- Be present at the location during the technician's visit or ensure a responsible adult is available.
- Clear the area around the appliance before the technician arrives.
9. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept cash and common digital payment methods (UPI, etc.).
- Invoices will be provided on request.
10. Brand Disclaimer
PSA Home Appliances is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer including but not limited to LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej, Voltas, Daikin, Haier, IFB, Sony, Panasonic, Hitachi, Blue Star, or Bosch. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
